Return Policy

Customers may return items up to 14 calendar days after date of initial purchase.To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be in the original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase. Upon approval of returned item, The Huntress will initiate a refund to credit card or original payment method.

Customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs for all returned items, excluding in-store returns to Flagship store. Shipping cost is non-refundable. No returns on Food and Beauty items.
