FOLLOW THE RITUAL
1. The Candle
Light your candle allowing its sacred flame to set the tone for a restorative experience.
2. The Bath Salt
Draw the bath. Add a palm full of bath salts while holding the quartz crystal, gently stirring the water until the salts dissolve.
3. The Bath Oil
As the water runs, pour in several drops of bath oil. Take moment to let the perfumes quiet your thoughts. Enter a meditative state, allowing the water to restore and balance your energy with the soothing minerals and nourishing essential oils.
4.The Soap
When finished, emerge renewed, massaging the lingering ingredients into towel dried skin. Extinguish your candle and set your intention for the day. As you step out into the world, remind yourself that the magic ingredient...is You.
